Warcraft III DotA Hit Point (HP) View Permanent

To Always Show the HP Bars

On the main menu of WarCraft III: TFT, go to Options -> Gameplay
and tick "Always show Health Bars".
Click [Ok]
Now when you play a game the Health Bars will always be displayed
