Price: $1.50 per month. The price is certainly the cheapest i seen so far.
Support: They will just ignored the ticket. If you are lucky. They maybe replied.
Reliability: Their uptime is horrible.
Service Quality: Their page loading speed is 30~60 secs per 3.4mb. Sometimes you will break off connectivity with the database and you have to re-post again.

My site is down by almost 5 days. "We are working on the resolution of the problem", "sorry for the inconvenience", "there is network error from our upstream", "we are working to fix it", "problem will be fixed soon", "hopefully server will be up after 12 hours", these are the answers and the site is still inaccessible by almost 5 days.
